The Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Appeal of Kalamata has as its primary mission the upholding of legality, the filing of legal remedies (appeals) against first-instance decisions, as well as the supervision of preliminary investigation officers and the First-Instance Public Prosecutor's Offices within its jurisdiction.
