Prosecutor's Office to the Court of First Instance of Larissa

The Prosecutors Office to the Court of First Instance is a judicial authority independed of the Courts and the Executive Branch. It acts in a unified and indivisible manner, maintaining legality, protecting citizens and safeguarding the rules of public order. The territorial jurisdiction of the public prosecutor's office coincides with that of the court at which it operates (article 28 of Law 4398/2022).
