The Court of First Instance of Neapoli Lasithiou operates on working days, from Monday to Friday and 07:00 - 15:00.
Specifically, regarding the service to the public by individual departments, the following apply:
Civil Departments: 09:00 - 13:00, Criminal Department: 09:00 - 13:00, except for:
Legal Appeals,
Certificates of Expenses,
Certificates of Appearance in Court
Pre-Investigation Departments of Neapoli, Ierapetra and Sitia: 08:30 - 14:30.
According to article 34, paragraph 2 of Law 4194/2013 "Lawyers' Code", entry to the Lassithi Court of First Instance is freely permitted to lawyers upon presentation of their professional identity card, every working day and hour without any time or other restriction.

- the first and second day of Christmas (25, 26/12).
-Half-day holidays (article two, paragraph 3b of Law 1157/1981), during which work is interrupted at 1:00 p.m.:
- Christmas Eve (24/12)
- New Year's Eve (31/12).
-In addition, the following special holidays apply:
October 3rd (St. Dionysius the Areopagite), a holiday for judicial services and courts throughout the country (article 25 of Law 1941/1991).
Regional Court of Ierapetra
The Regional Court of Ierapetra operates on working days, from Monday to Friday and 07:00 - 15:00.
The hours for serving the public are set from 09:00 to 13:00.
Pre-Investigation Department of Ierapetra: 08:30 - 14:30.
The above-defined holidays of the Central Headquarters apply proportionally to the Regional Headquarters of Ierapetra.
-In addition, the following special holidays apply:
- The date of the celebration of the feast of Saint George (patron saint of the city of Ierapetra)
Regional Court of Siteia
Regional Court of Siteia operates on working days, from Monday to Friday and 07:00 - 15:00.
The hours for serving the public are set from 09:00 to 13:00.
For the Pre-Investigation Department of Sitia: 08:30 - 14:30.
The above-mentioned holidays of the Central Headquarters apply proportionally to the Regional Headquarters of Sitia.
-In addition, the following special holidays apply:
- November 26th (Feast of Saint Catherine, patron saint of the city of Sitia) for the Regional Headquarters of Sitia.
